Shipping policy

• For UK deliveries we aim to deliver within 24 hours however this can vary depending on the destination.
• Royal Mail or DPD  are the couriers and they will require a signature and they also request a telephone number and email address which is why it is asked at the checkout. 
• We export our products worldwide, Postage and Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page of your order.

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, please be aware:

• Customs duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by your country's customs authority
• These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient
• Welsh Shearing Equipment Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
• Customs charges are separate from your order total and shipping costs
• Your order may be held by customs until these fees are paid
