Shipping policy

• For UK deliveries we aim to deliver within 24 hours however this can vary depending on the destination.
• Royal Mail or DPD  are the couriers and DPD require a signature and they also request a telephone number and email address which is why it is asked at the checkout. 
• We export our products worldwide, Postage and Shipping (and VAT) costs are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page of your order.
  

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, please be aware:

• Customs duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by your country's customs authority
• These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient
• Welsh Shearing Equipment Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
• Customs charges are separate from your order total and shipping costs
• Your order may be held by customs until these fees are paid
• We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential charges
